One game for phones and computers. Real people are waiting on the shared island, and when you want some time alone, the same game lets you play without them.
The game installs from Google Play. It is in closed testing there now, and anyone can join. Three steps, but Google does not open access instantly: from 10 minutes to a couple of hours.

Unpack the archive and run the installer. It installs the game and adds shortcuts. On the shared island you can play with people using phones.
The same game and the same shared island as on phones and Windows.
On a computer the island has shadows, transparent glass and long sight lines. On phones a lighter mode reduces draw distance and demanding effects so the town can run on more modest hardware.

Internet is needed for the shared island; playing alone does not need a server connection. Microphone is optional and used only for voice chat on the shared island.
The game itself uses about 550 MB of memory while running, so the memory figures leave room for the system and other apps. The game does not run on phones with Intel (x86) processors. If a device gets hot or slows down, switch to the lighter graphics mode.
